America spend plenty of money on public education. What is needed now is vouchers, so that competition can be put back into the system, and increase the quality of education our children get.
Sadly, only the Republican Party recognizes the needs of parents and children. The Democrats care only for the cash they can get from the Teacher's Union, and let our children suffer instead of doing what is best for them. |
Your first two paragraphs(thoughts) I fully agree with... though we need a voucher system akin to the GI Bill which would invite competition and raise values within the schools which compete for students.......
Your last paragraph I could care less for as it brings in the old and tired reps this and dems that...... i could care less for either party as they are both party to the dumbing down of our school systems from day one..... they have both rigidly opposed any large change to our educational system..... and have a full responsibility for its present lack of integrity...... throwing money blindly at a problem will not make it go away..... you must be delebirate and thoughtful about how and what that money will be used for.....
We have far too many administrators in our education system today..... we need only two things in a viable educational system..... trained teachers and willing students......
