Well...personally, I don't agree with 'mercy killing.' I do, however, agree with euthanasia. Keep in mind they are two totally different issues. Two totally different definitions.

And yes, there are more humane ways, definitely. Over medicating is probably one of the best.

Whatever the case, these men were not cognitive enough to let her know that they wanted to die. So she took things in her own hands, which might not have been what they wanted. We'll never know.

Physician assisted suicide and euthanasia, though--it should be legal in every state, not just Ohio, IMO.
