the jury had already found him guilty...maybe not the rape charge, who'd want to put a star basketball player up for rape?

too often; females who have been raped, get raped even more by the system designed to protect them...what could she do if she didn't want to have sex, ask him to politely leave her alone?

i'm going with the suggesting he did rape her, that's knowing how important virginity is to a female...and none that i know would give it up in an empty classroom...but what would i know about being a female?
