lets put a few facts together.
He was a 6'3 200 pound big guy who had intercourse with a 5 foot 100 pound girl (or thereabouts)
She was a virgin
She never spoke to him and didnt know him
THey has "brief" sex in an empty classroom after school
Marcus Dixon said it wasnt rape because "she didnt scream or try to struggle"
she is STILL pressing charges against him.
Black on white crimes in the USA are played down because of groups like the NAACP who will often sue news stations for "smearing" the truth (report the truth)
The only one claiming it was consensual se is this asshole, and the NAACP lawyers hes got on his side.
All that coupled with the fact that she still to this day insists that he raped her is proof enough that he did. He deserves the death penalty in my mind. But ill settle for his salad getting tossed for 10 years in prison.
