I think it's idiotic how people sue companies like this, and then they some how win.
They need to pass a law making it so that people who are behind the creation of something in relation to the death of another(gun manufacturer, beer, etc) are not at fault so long as they take necessary steps in order to offer up "safeties". Example: Beer boxes would list how many beers are recommended for people of certain ages before you'll become too inebriated in order to even handle walking let alone driving.
Or having safeties on guns, so that people won't accidently blow off their feet as often as they normally would.
Or nice big neon stickers on cigarette boxes/packs which say "YOU ARE BEING POISONED IF YOU SMOKE THIS"

Yup..
The person who caused the accident chose to drink it, they weren't forced to. They chose to drink more than the amount you should, then they chose to drive.
Sue the person who caused the accident...not the company who doesn't even know that guy.
