I think decriminalizing marijuana would be a wonderful idea...it takes a big bite out of the criminal traficking of it, allows regulation and taxation, it would pave the way toward large-scale industrial hemp production, which would greatly ease the use of timber for paper production, and we'd have a lot more prison space for people who really deserve to be there.

It would just be refreshing to hear it less often from some pothead and more often from someone who's entire goal is to be able to remain baked 24-7 without fear of arrest.
