You know what, there are two ways to look at this...

one, he is famous, so he has lots of money so he would be good to get him arrested for rape because then I'd be famous and maybe I can get some of his money

two, he could be thinking, i'm famous i have lots of money, so i can do whatever the hell i want, because as the song of good charlotte "lifestyle of the rich and the famous" you could do what you want and get away with it.....
