| is killing the same as murder? -

~murder is when you go into a fight or situation knowing that someone is going to die. so a soldure who enters a war is a murderer if he takes the life of someone.
taking the life of someone by hitting them with your car is not murder: that would be concidered killing a person, because you did not do it intentionally.
*murder is intentional, killing is not*
what do you think? is there a difference in murdering a person and killing a person?
(there was an argument about this today- just wanted to hear some opinions) 'Go without a coat when it's cold; find out what cold is. Go hungry; keep your existence lean. Wear away the fat, get down to the lean tissue and see what it's all about. The only time you define your character is when you go without. In times of hardship, you find out what you're made of and what you're capable of. If you're never tested, you'll never define your character.'
