Yep, I see your point. Okay what about a programme that after entering the information of the case can give a viability reading on whether the case should even front a jury. Lets face it, many cases should not even make it to that process. Anyway like I said earlier I can forever keep coming up with obscure alternatives (just part of my make up) but I don't want to get off the topic. Maybe we could kill murderers in nice ways, death by chocolate.
