I could live my life without intellectuals. They seem to provide little other than condescension and mental masteurbation. Most people who actually accomplish something in life do it by spending their time in efforts other than sitting around, stroking their egos, and sniffing disdainfully at the ignorants around them. At any rate, I have little tolerance for people who consider intelligence a virtue, as they're entirely without exception assholes of the highest order. When people talk of the freedom of writing, speaking or thinking I cannot choose but laugh. No such thing ever existed. No such thing now exists; but I hope it will exist. But it must be hundreds of years after you and I shall write and speak no more.
