But what is the proof of existance if one was to deprive all the senses? Reality is just perception and we are (in our everyday state) inable to acurately percieve how things really are.
Ponder this. When a bay is born its spinal cord is not yet completely connected. When the nerve endings connect, a message is carried to the brain via the nerves, telling the baby for instance what it sees. If the child can see noises the brain will disconnect the nerve ending and reattach the "correct" one. Through trial and error the brain developes the most accurate view of the world. What is it that causes our brains to make these "corrections"? Are they really correct? Or is it that we haven't the capacity to percieve truth? The last obstacle to God is the concept of God itself.
