hmmm I have to say I disagree sini, people like that in the military is why there’s war crimes and stories of rape during times of war.....this kid had a car and you think we should give him a gun. SAdly I agree with six gun ...it be wrong to pay to keep some one like that for the rest of his life just because we think it's more humane then death. Jail won't help some one like that, but make them worse.
and I doubt that they would disipline him enough in the army.
